This describes how the platform works today, during an early build. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be revised before public launch.

Who we are

Eternal Requiem is a game in development by Augment Fire LLC. This site is an early build.

Your sign-in details are not held by us

Accounts are created and managed through Microsoft Entra External ID. Your email address and password are held by Microsoft, and we never see or store your password. When you sign in, we receive a token identifying you and confirming which email address you verified.

What we store

Against the account identifier Microsoft gives us, we keep:

  • Your display name, if you set one.
  • Your email address, so we can contact you about the things you asked to hear about.
  • Your notification choices — official announcements, game updates, and new merchandise — each recorded with the time you chose it, the page you chose it on, and the version of the wording you were shown.
  • Any game platform account you choose to link, such as Steam, and the identifier that platform returns.
  • Match statistics reported by game servers, once the game is playable. None exist yet.

Email

Every notification category is off until you turn it on. We do not pre-tick them, and you can change any of them at any time from your account page. Messages about the account itself — verifying your address, or resetting your password — come from Microsoft as part of signing in, and are not something you can switch off while you have an account.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising trackers. We do not take payments on this site, so we hold no card details.

Your choices

You can change your display name and your notification choices from your account page. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account deleted, email privacy@augmentfire.com.
